Dayita’s Family Pool Party Photos

Art Institute College Student Sara

Do you remember Sara? That sweet girl from National College of Arts. Being very happy with feedback on her contribution she decided to send a full set of photos to our site. Sara also has interest in modeling, these photos are of print quality.
Sara has completed her studies from National College of Arts and now working on sculpture art. Sara is working in different media’s from marble to bronze. Has created some marble sculptures with unique ideas but Sara’s favorite is metal sculptress (bronze sculptures).
Metal is inert and has no life of its own. As a sculptor, who shapes metal gives it form and meaning – in other words she gives it life.
Meal can cut, textured, shaped, welded and colored. Using modern fabrication methods, an artist’s creativity is limited only by his imagination. Metal sculpture is one of the oldest forms of art known. While the first sculptures were created from stone, once man learned to use and shape metal sculpting with this material soon followed. While sculpting from stone and metal follow to completely opposing processes, the end result is, in both cases, a work of art. The sculptor using stone starts with a block of it and removes all the material that is not part of the image he is trying to create. When everything not required is gone, what remains is the sculpture. When working with metal the sculptor starts with nothing. He must find the metals he needs, shape them and join them together to form what he wants. If he is creating a molded metal work of art, he needs to create the mold into which the liquid metal is poured and from which the cooled hard material will take its shape.
Metal sculpture comes in all sizes from a one inch statue of a Pixie to a ten plus foot tall sculpture of an Amazon. Metal sculpture need not be realistic. Surreal creations using wired shapes and things found in a junk yard or at the back of a garage can be combined into great works of art. These is also almost no limit to the materials that can be used for metal sculpture. Any metal that can be cast, joined or shaped – which with today’s technology is nearly everything – can be used for creating meal sculptures.

Gardening Expert Huma Khan To Teach You Gardening SecretsAug 4, 2009 Author: Guru Filed under: Ex Pat

Huma Khan’s passion is organic gardening and specially flowers. In her Texas house she have a huge garden basically from Faislabad. Huma got married to her doctor husband few years back & left for USA. Huma graduated from Agriculture University Faislabad.
Organic gardening is a simple way to ensure that you are growing the highest-quality produce in a sustainable way that is healthy for the plants and the planet. It is one of the oldest methods of cultivation, and the food it will produce is not only healthier for you it’s less expensive to. You may find that it might become the most rewarding hobby, or lifestyle, you have ever undertaken. Organic gardening is a simple healthful way to convert living organisms into carbon compounds in a way that considers the whole of nature and its integral place in that scheme.
Organic gardening uses natural compost and manure to fertilize and grow plants and flowers. Since you will be using natural compost no harmful chemicals or pesticides are used on your plants. Some gardeners are willing to invest in some extras required by organic gardening because it ensures that no harmful pesticides or fungicides will be used. By growing a garden without chemical fertilizers, you will naturally build the soil to support healthy plant life. Chemical fertilizers and additives will, over time, damage the soil’s ability to provide what plants need to resist disease, insect attacks, and stress.
Huma has promised us to send more of her photos but she want to read some positive comments about her. So guys if you want to see more photos of Huma Khan you must provide positive feedback.Related Posts

Preeti Madrid Spain HolidaysAug 3, 2009 Author: Guru Filed under: Ex Pat
This summer Preeti Singh visited Madrid, Spain on a holiday trip. Preeti believes this was the best trip of her life, her uncle’s family lives in Madrid, meeting and living with them was a fun. Preeti sent these 2 photos from this specific trip, one with her cousin Aasha and second with Aasha’s friend Carona.
Preeti loved the old Madrid, she said Madrid possesses a modern infrastructure, it has preserved the look and feel of many of its historic neighbourhoods and streets. Its landmarks include the huge Royal Palace of Madrid; the Teatro Real (Royal theatre) with its restored 1850 Opera House; the Buen Retiro park, founded in 1631; the imposing 19th-century National Library building (founded in 1712) containing some of Spain’s historical archives; an archaeological museum; and three superb art museums: Prado Museum, which hosts one of the finest art collections in the world, the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía, a museum of modern art, and the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, housed in the renovated Villahermosa Palace.
Preeti visited Parque del Retiro, formerly the grounds of the palace built for Felipe IV, is Madrid̢۪s most popular park. Its large lake in the middle once staged mini naval sham battles to amuse royalty; these days the more tranquil pastime of pleasure boating is popular. Inspired by London̢۪s crystal palace, the palacio de cristal can be found at the south-eastern end of the park. The Royal Botanic Garden or Real Jardin Botanico was an 18th century creation by Carlos III, it was used as a base for the plant species being collected across the globe. There is an important research facility that started life as a base to develop herbal remedies and to house the species collected from the new-world trips, today it is dedicated to maintaining Europe̢۪s ecosystem.
Madrid was great fun fro Preeti, excellent night life (above photo in a Madrid hotel), a green city with so much parks, great architecture and history and friends like Aasha & Carona.Related Posts

Farzana Enjoying Yachting in CaribbeanJul 26, 2009 Author: Guru Filed under: Ex Pat

Farzana visited Caribbean on holidays and had great time on sunny beaches & crystal clear waters. One thing that Farzana loved about Caribbean is yachting, she love these life long memories.
They traveled and stayed on a luxury yacht. That yacht was so large and so luxurious that you can barely tell it apart from cruise liners. There really is no â€Å“average price” when it comes to yachts; their sizes, designs, and amenities vary so widely that their price ranges are vast. A top-of-the-line yacht can sell for as high as $60 million or more, and the least expensive yachts will still run in the hundreds of thousands. The bigger and more expensive yachts are often owned by companies for throwing parties, entertaining clients, or rewarding successful executives with luxury trips.
What exactly is it about a yacht, other than its size, that so enraptures people? For one thing, yachts are like floating mansions, or at the very least, very nice floating homes. For example, an upper-end yacht can have a living room, family room, several bedrooms, a den, office, library, bar, party room, and even a theater room. When riding on one of these, only the view from the windows, going out on deck, or the occasional rocking would betray the fact that you were actually on a boat.
Though it is true that most people, even those who are fairly successful, cannot afford a yacht, that doesn̢۪t mean that that they can never have a chance to ride on one or maybe even pilot one. Fortunately, for those who are not blessed with enough disposable
